The German Research Foundation (Deutsche Forschungsgemeinschaft, DFG) supports the formation of a scientific network on ‘Strategies for therapeutic targeting of the Aldosterone-Mineralocorticoid Receptor signaling pathway’ (Speaker: Achim Lother).
The network will bring together 20 researchers from 6 European countries covering a broad spectrum of research areas, ranging from physiology, molecular biology and epigenetics, immunology, translational and clinical cardiology, nephrology, endocrinology, psychiatry, and ophthalmology, to pharmacology and chemical biology. Together, they will evaluate potential new indications and explore innovative approaches for therapeutic targeting of the Aldosterone-Mineralocorticoid Receptor signaling pathway.
