“Aldosterone-Mineralocorticoid Receptor – Cell Biology to Translational Medicine” edited by Brian Harvey is now online. The open-access book assembles review chapters from 16 European laboratories taking part in the EU COST Action ADMIRE on Aldosterone and the Mineralocorticoid Receptor. It provides state-of-the-art reviews on mechanisms of aldosterone synthesis and secretion, aldosterone/MR physiology and signaling, and the pathophysiological roles of aldosterone/MR activation.
