Jessica Kowalski, MD student and Cardiovascular Pharmacology Research Group member, successfully completed her Otto Hess Scholarship, funded by the German Cardiac Society. For her work on the cell type-specific role of the mineralocorticoid receptor in pulmonary hypertension and right heart failure she was presented with the Otto Hess Award (2nd prize).
